Dead Connection

First real problem I've had with my Service.

(Not using the Superhub)

Speedtest: Fails to complete @ 3.41mbps Down/ Upload: Fails Test Ping: 21ms

Cant post the results because as above the Upload fails and gives an Error

Upstream a little low so you should call in on 0800 953 0431 to get it checked out.

Gave them a ring anyway Masque and they said they will sort it when they come out to install my new V+HD boxes.
