Unhappy 30mb dropouts

Upgraded to 30mb superhub about 3 months ago and had nothing but problems. Connection dropouts being the main issue. I'll be on one of the 360's and it'll disconnect randomly and this is also true when downloading on iPhone. Someone at customer services told me the power levels was too high so they sent an engineer to fix, engineer said levels are ok and swapped the hub.......same issue. Really frustrated now, not sure what to try

Re: 30mb dropouts

Hi, what are your settings in the hub? Are you using wireless?

Re: 30mb dropouts

Hi, my settings on the hub are what was recommended by virgin, turning firewall etc off. I'm using wireless for iPhone and wired for 360. I assumed using a wired connection for 360 would make it more reliable but it doesn't seem to be the case. When I ring virgin I'm asked to do the same things over and over. Cheers for reply

Just to add that when I'm in private or game chat my voice breaks up no matter what mic I use. It seems like an unstable connection
