Bb down belfast
Hi
Internet down all day. Modem syncing but constant flashing on ready light. Phoned support after few hours and was told fault in area and would be back in couple of hours. Ok I thought. Still no service. Just checked service status page and apparently no faults in my area.
So, who should I believe? Lovely phone woman or lovely user friendly service page?
Thanks

Re: Bb down belfast
Neither. Post your modem stats from http://192.168.100.1 if you have the good ol' Ambit, or if you're on the Dud, http://192.168.1.1.
Remember, remove your MACs!

Should be okay to call from 8am, UK call centres usually. Good luck.

I guessed that but you can use both that I have posted as they both work.

Why not? It is 2 units in one box after all.

Re: Bb down belfast
We had a major outage in Belfast last night. It was restored in the early hours. Loss of power at the RHE (headend)
