How to block p2p via superhub?

Hi,
Please bare with me that any technical jargon you might throw at me will probably go straight over my head. My problem is, I have someone on my home network, a family member but not sure who, who is using p2p. I have made it clear to them it must stop, but it has not. Rather than cut them off totally and get constant ear ache, I just want to block Utorrent or all torrent clients and stop them using it via the hub. Could anyone please help me with doing this?
