Virgin Mobile - customer services just plain rude!
Has anyone had any experience with Virgin Mobile customer services? I just find them extremely rude.
I am having a problem getting the right services that I've paid for and now I can't access my account online. The first person I spoke to about it simply hung up on me, and the second person said that they would call me back within the hour and I have not heard from them since. It's as if they cannot resolve my problems for some reason and instead of passing my issues to someone who is able to deal with them, they simply hang up!
I have now had to cancel my direct debit since I'm not prepared to have money taken out of my account if I do not get to see my bill. I have also written a letter of complaint since I'm getting absolutely nowhere when I telephone them!
