Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
I was under the impression this was sort of an automatic addon to my (contract) account?
I just checked my online account to find I had almost run out of ordinary minutes because the virgin allowance had not beed added this month.
I called in and to their credit they immidiately added the 3000 mins and gave me 100 mins of other allowance.
I gave natalie an old virgin mobile so that I could call her as often as I liked for this very reason.
Still a for virgin mobile for sorting it, I was just surprised it hadn't been added on.

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
I thaught Virgin to virgin calls only applied to virgin media customers who informed them that they were virgin media customers

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
I'm not sure I follow? - I have been getting them on my mobile contract since they started doing it.
I have a virgin landline / Internet (adsl) too if that helps?

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
Call 789 on both phones and it will advise you of what is available on both packages, if the free call are not there continue on the call but be aware they will charge you 10p to connect to an agent.

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
This is STILL not sorted and is getting right on my wick now.
I called them again this morning and they removed and re added my contract which they say will fix it (add the virgin to virgin mins) - but it hasn't
I am really at a loss as to how to sort it apart from constantly calliing them....

I find it very strange as my account I have had for years and she sent for a sim on the special offer and it works both ways, it is not rocket science as they know which number you are calling.

I have never had a problem at renewal time as they just send the phone and increase my bill as I have upgraded each time to a better phone.

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
The only thing that changed this time was adding blackberry services.
I dunno what's going on but i'm getting irritated now.
I shall no doubt call them again in the morning.

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
So I got off the phone again and they appear to have finally managed to add the virgin to virgin mins.
BUT
In doing so they appear to have removed my Blackberry services.
I am getting close to loosing it with them.

Re: Virgin to Virgin Mobile calls
The way I understand it is you get free virgin to virgin mobile calls but I think perhaps your blackberry services are causing extra charges or throwing a spanner in the works ?
