How to move Virgin TV to other room?

Hi,
I am pretty new in this, so sorry for my maybe stupid questions.
Thing is I have a Virgins TV with V Box(HD) in living room, but I want to move all this to other room and connect it to PC or TV there, on PC there is Hauppauge HVR-1300 digital TV tunner.
Also there is a simple aerial cable in living room that goes to room where PC is.
How can I connect V Box to PC or TV in other room.
What I need is to use existing cable, I dont want to drill any more holes, so i need somehow connect virgin cable to aerial cable and then connect VBox to that aerial cable. I suppose I need some kind of converters but i have no clue how they called.
If I would get Virgin Box in other room then i would think how to connect Vbox to PC, or I could simply connect VBox to my monitor through HDMI.
Thank you in advance for your advices.
Tomas

Standard aerial cable is unlikely to be good enough for the job.

I think you would need something like http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=227277

The other option would be to use a video sender, but the cheaper ones won't do HD.
