Hi people I am uploading a folder of 200mb to my Windows Live Skydrive using Gladinet Cloud Desktop. I am only achieving an upload speed of at most 70 KB/s. Is this normal?

It is not a Virginmedia service so not an issue, but Vstuff is similar in nature as otherwise you would not be able to browse the internet while it was uploading to the cloud.
