Have just had 50 Mb BB installed and accesed log. Noticed following in log:

It appears that modem was returned on 6th May and reissued to me

At the moment am awaiting installer arranged 'phone call for assistance in setting up email/WAN.

Not an auspicious beginning.

I used to have a Motorola modem which upon boot up showed the year 1970 and we never had broadband then.

I would just ring in on 0800 052 0431 and someone will provide you with your email address and password.

Removed CM MACS from OP

Could be a modem that they've tested elsewhere.. In the end you're not buying the modem so have no rights to a new and unused product
