Over subscribed UBR

Hi , im currently on VM 10 mb service from around 8 30 pm- 12 pm im getting between 1mb- 2mb with around 2-5% packet loss.I rang up customer services and they told me my ubr was over subscribed. Would upgrading to 20mb put me on another network or would i have the same problem?Any advice would be great.
many thanks

Re: Over subscribed UBR

as jb66 said 50meg would garunatuee you overlay , 20meg is a possibility as some users get moved off legacy such as myself. But I expect in your case they would keep you on legacy assuming you on legacy now.

Post your channel stats so people can verify which network you on.
