Virgin Mobile Website - Existing Customer load problem?

For three days i've tried to look at the offers for existing customers on Virgin Mobile, but the page never seems to load after i've entered my customer number and clicked 'GO'

From this page - http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html...efamily3_apr10

It just loads this-

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /vm/viewquadplayhandsets.do on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Re: Virgin Mobile Website - Existing Customer load problem?

Well it doesn't come up with the page load error anymore, it just takes you back to the main Virgin Mobile page, didn't notice anything different about it so I guess they still haven't properly worked it out.
