Virgin launch new billing pages

This week Virgin have made some improvements to the My Virgin Media site. This means that anyone with a Virgin Broadband service can now:

  • Access full details about their unbilled usage (calls, VoD events, Credits, Part Month charges etc) since they were last sent a bill. This includes a itemised list of the unbilled chargable calls.
  • details on Talk Anywhere minutes remaining,
  • Find out what (if any) Credit Limit they have,
  • Setup and Update Direct Debits
  • Make payments to restart suspended accounts
Hopefully should be a lot more useful for people

Now that unbilled usage is VERY useful. For one I am grateful for it. It also seems to update any credits that are owed to you.. like I made a 13p call, and it takes it off the credit. very nice.

There is no problem with the system that I'm aware of. When is your bill generated?

Re: Virgin launch new billing pages

That's because the calls you make via Talk Anywhere are zero rated so won't show up. Same if you dialled an 0800 number

Which is why I specifically said it was unbilled chargeable calls

Re: Virgin launch new billing pages

Yes thats right they are zero rated but they showed up last month as a list of calls with a 0.000 next to the price. There was about 70 odd calls on the list as 0.000. I exported them to excel as i thought it was a handy feature. Maybe a bug in the system.

Re: Virgin launch new billing pages

You can get 10Mb broadband, M+ tv package and a telephone line for around £30 if you live in a cabled area

http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html...e-builder.html

What you pay

FREE for 2 months
then £18 a month*
12 month contract
*When you take a Virgin phone line for £11.99 a month
