Err20 on ntl pace box

I have a err20 on my ntl pace box.
It has worked fine for at least four or five years now, and suddenly it has just gone today.
I've attempted to reboot the box, but when it loads, it gets stuck at AP52.

It also states an ERR20 message.

Any help is appreciated

Check for any area issues by calling 08005610061. Try unplugging the box, holding the down arrow until it's booted up and see if that sorts it. Though it does sound like a No Signal issue. If this doesn't resolve it, give the faults team a call on 151 from a Virgin Phone or 08454541111 from any other phone

If you are using the box for broadband you need to call up and get yourself a modem fitted, if this is a TV fault still call up and get an engineer to replace the box.

I have tried the down button method but to no avail.

Is this problem just with my box or does anybody else seem to have this issue?

Is this a broadband or TV issue?
