SK10 3 - Successful engineers visit

Apparently in the SK10 3 area of the world, there are performance issues on Virgin Media. A very nice engineer called Scott informed me earlier. He said it should be resolved by Saturday – however a new modem seems to have restored normal service. Scott said he’d been to a number of properties in the area with similar performance issues. Well mine, touch wood, has been sorted.
SNR from 42 to 39dB ?
I think I scare engineers as my VM is connected to Server 2008 R2 with MS TMG installed… slightly overkill for domestic use but MSDN Subscriptions rock.
