Not 100% sure what you wan`t/mean but i`ll have a quick bash. After you have uploaded your image/video to Photobucket you will have your album with all the stuff in it. If you wan`t to link a certain picture to a site then you need to move the mouse over the image where a hand will appear then left click it.
Now a new page will open with the image and a bit called "Share this image" where you will see links.
Now depending on the site you will need to place the URL (the address of the image) around some [IMG]xx[/IMG] tags. On this site it`s the icon that looks like 2 mountains in a box with the sun setting to the right
(hover the mouse over it and you will see insert image).
Some sites just put [IMG]
LINK HERE[/IMG] in and you have to paste the link in between.
Now you need to put the "Direct link" from the Photobucket picture into the the image tags so first of left click the Direct link line which should highlight it all, then right click and select copy.
After this to insert the image click on the Insert Image button on the page press delete to clear the box then right click and paste. You should see the Direct Link from Photobucket appear. Click OK and the link should appear in [IMG]xxxxxx[/IMG] tags.

Give it a try if this is what your after (if the mods are ok with it) but be careful what you show/link to.
