we have known issues in Derby on ref 1252990 - see "slow connection" thread. We hope to have it fixed tonight.
I'll look in to the IVR issue now.......

just ran some tests on our IVR and although there are some longer pauses than normal between options, it's working ok from here.
Tried 150 and 151.
