Derby - Intermittant BB & Phone problems

As the title says anyone else in Derby having BB or phone problems?

I'm on 50mb, i can use internet for browsing but cant connect to xbox live. when i ring 150 it says "welcome to virgin media" then thats it.

My modem also keeps dropping connection and i have had over 200 T3 timeouts in 30mins

we have known issues in Derby on ref 1252990 - see "slow connection" thread. We hope to have it fixed tonight.

I'll look in to the IVR issue now.......

just ran some tests on our IVR and although there are some longer pauses than normal between options, it's working ok from here.

Tried 150 and 151.
