Spotters says no TV, but broadband&phone, alright
hi guys
since i am moving into a new property, i tried to check the flat in the postcode checker. my building no or my flat wasnt shown in the list at all !
A spotter was summoned to do the check and he call to inform me that phone and broadband could be available but no TV through virgin media....
i am surprised as i am sure the flat next to me has all services so to speak.
pls can anyone advise how can i possibly confirm my flat is all cabled up?

If you can get phone and broadband Virgin National), then that would be through a BT line...
If a spotter has already been out, then he would of checked if it was possible to connect you. So you will be in an area or building that is not on our network.
You could try the spotters one more time, just in ase there is a mistake...

thanks for your reply. much appreciated.
does that mean i cannot get TV at all? or if I cant get TV through virgin?
is there a site which can let me know if my flat is under fibre optic or not?

if there is no fibre optic, then you won't be able to get Virgin TV. I have seen it happen that on trying the spotters again they are made serviceable.

If you're sure the flat next to you has everything including VM TV, how about knocking on their door & asking them?
You could say hello & introduce yourself at the same time, or am I being too naive?
