Quick Q for resident installers

I currently have one V box and a 10Mb CM but am thinking about upgrading to V+ and moving the V box in to another room.
Problem is the other room is almost exactly on the far side of the house from the outside junction box.
I know they can run an ugly cable half way around the house (going over the top of the conservatory) but question is -
can they do a neater split from the CM cable which is in the room next to the new point - ie install a 't-piece', take the cable out that wall, along 10ft and back in to the new room?
TIA

I cant see why not, I would be happy to do it if it made life easier. As long as its safe for us to do it, no problem
