Problems Using Flash video on NTL free webspace

I have a basic personal webpage up and running on NTL free webspace.
I thought I would experiment with adding a flash video and after an initial learning curve to do with swf files, I uploaded a flash video using some sample script in my homepage HTML. It worked fine and I was very happy... until I tried to upload a different video. I used the same Adobe CS4 compiler and the same script, yet the movie fails to play from the web.... but it plays perfectly in my local browser from the source folder html file..

I thought it might be a problem with the new video file codec and tried various other files, but with same result. Now I can't even play the first file anymore. Does anyone know if there is a download limitiation on this free webspace.. or any other ideas ?

OK, I think it was a codec problem afterall. Need to persevere with a flash compiler which actually works.
