Internet Disconnects

Right then, before I had my 50mb installed I was on their 10mb service, which was fine but my brothers and I wanted more so we upgraded. The first problem we encountered was not getting the free Wireless N router as advertised, so we had to wait for one to be delivered, which did the following day.

When we are not playing a game, the internet could not be better, we get the speeds advertised and all is well. However, at least once a night, my internet will just randomly disconnect itself, which to get it back on would involve a restart of the modem and router. The disconnection appears when either myself or my brothers are playing a game (We play Counter-Strike and Team Fortress 2 for the record). On top of that, I get disconnected from the server with client errors etc, which I never got before on the 10mb.

When ringing up Virgin Media, they simply say everything look fine, nothing should happen and they can't do anything because they cant see a problem. I have tried to ring up several times when I get disconnected, to see if they can do anything, but they don't pick up as its always after 5pm.

If anyone knows of a solution, please reply - This is incredibly annoying!
