Any chance of getting cable

Im in a house 5 years old built where a factory was.although im on the corner of a new road my addressas the old road which is cabled al the way down the otherside and about 8 or 9 houses up is the old houses which are cabled .
anyone any idea if there is a hope in hell of getting it as ADSL is crap at 3.5 meg
I used to live 200 yards down the same road on the others side with 20 meg lol ,bit of down come

if your in a house and the duct is in the pavement it might be quicker to get a spotter out.
