Installation guys took a cable from underneath hedge and left in front garden...

Hi,
I am meant to have a phoneline and broadband set up today, two guys came, ran a cable into my front garden and left it in a roll there, the they left without saying anything..
Am I at a miss here? What is the process?

Hey,

They may be away to connect it up at the box somewhere close by then they may come back.

If not call Customer service and ask what the deal is.

yeah the installation is between 1-6pm today, so maybe i'm just being impatient ;D
would've been nice if they said something though ;P

Sometimes a pre install crew will go out and pull the cable ready for the other guys to turn up.
