Any insight into GU14 outage?

Internet, cable, and phone service all dropped about 4pm yesterday (Mon 30th Nov). Phoned the Virgin IVR within 5 minutes and there was already an announcement of a GU14 outage. (Though I'm GU15, and I'm certainly out too). This morning the Virgin media web site reports at an outage at 8.20pm with a four fix time. But as of 7.15 this morning, it was still out.

Does anyone have an informed estimate for when the service will be restored? Who can actually get to the net and post it ...

Am in GU14 (Farnborough ) NET \PHONE\ ok but unable to access Some channels
and on Demand dodgy somtimes works but keeps asking for pin . like this since
2040 last night (30th)
