Hi,

These are my current modem settings

Cable Modem Upstream
Upstream Lock : Locked
Upstream Channel ID : 3
Upstream Frequency : 34000000 Hz
Upstream Modulation : QPSK
Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream transmit Power Level : 47.5 dBmV
Upstream Mini-Slot Size : 2

Cable Modem Downstream
Downstream Lock : Locked
Downstream Channel Id : 0
Downstream Frequency : 586750000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : QAM64
Downstream Symbol Rate : 6952 Ksym/sec
Downstream Interleave Depth : taps12Increment17
Downstream Receive Power Level : 11.2 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 39.6 dB


I wanted to check as ive had a fair few problems over the last 2 months, and im due for the 50meg Upgrade on Monday.

Thanx in advance for any advice/feedback

your downstream power is a little high, but if your upgrading to 50Mb then the tech will check the levels and make sure everything is within spec.
