You need a media player if you want to stream (or if you;re talking about attaching the TV directly to the composite out of the TV then all you need is a cable..)

You can get lots of media players which are either wifi or ethernet, some have the ability of HDD's so you can stream either off the PC or HDD..

that is if you only want an image and are not bothered about audio

More info please MR OP like pc specs situation of TV and PC and what you wish to acheive. Do you own an Xbox 360 or a PS3?

So I take it you're looking at streaming content from the internet to your TV?

If so then you'll need a subscription to the content you want and you'll need either a media PC (one that'll link into your TV by whatever means you have) or a specialist box.

If though you're asking where to find the media for downloading without paying then sorrow we can#t help you.

Zing, obviously you'd need audio either going to an audio system or to the TV
