20mb but only get around 10mb

Hi Everyone

I am on 20mb package for broadband, but rarely get anywhere near it anymore. My IP address has changed lately which improved it a little bit, but I only get around 10mb now.

Any ideas?

Levels posted too in case this may be why?

Downstream Frequency : 323000000 Hz
Downstream Receive Power Level : 1.8 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 41.0 dB

Upstream Frequency : 45800000 Hz
Upstream transmit Power Level : 49.5 dBmV

Your power levels are spot on so any issue will be elsewhere either on your equipment or on the network, so you should call Tech Support so they can run checks on your connection.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
