Basically, I live in a culdesac 30 / 40 houses converted into 2 flats. There is no service for VM whatso ever. I have no reason why and I am desperate to get a decent service. I've asked for a spotter but nothing yet..
Is there a little round or triangular black dobbit in the pavement outside your property? (usually just in front of the wall, on the edge of the property line).
If so, it will be technically serviceable, you just need someone to come and see it Maybe pop into a Virgin Media store, or stand in the shopping centre? They're usually pretty keen to earn their commission so might be able to speed the process up.
