V stuff refund
When the issues with V stuff are resolved, do VM intend to refund any monies to people that have been paying to use it. I have been paying my £5 extra a month since it started, but have not been able to print a single photo using it.
have you called cs and reproted your problems, i understand they know about the problems, but just to make them aware that you are having issues and would like recompense.
