Should I upgrade? [Contract Help]

I've been a Virgin customer for around 5 months now and I signed up just before the 10mb upgrade. I'm currently being billed £17mth however the new pricing indicates that for 20mb is £20mth, so would it be worth just to upgrade to XL? The reason I bring this up is because my latest bill shows my broadband has gone up to £25...

The £20 a month price is only when you also have a phoneline - bringing it to a total of £31

It does make this clear on the website

Re: Should I upgrade? [Contract Help]

I also have the phoneline already. My latest bill was more than that and I'm only on L...

Sorry for not including that in my first post.

I do get the bundle discount but I'm still being way overcharged on my broadband, here's a breakdown from my latest bill.

Re: Should I upgrade? [Contract Help]

Ok so you are being charge £17 a month for Broadband L

All prices on the website factor in a bundle discount the same as you get

BB XL for instance shows on the bill as £37 - and you would then get a £17 discount to make it £20

---------- Post added at 10:15 ---------- Previous post was at 10:13 ----------

You could upgrade to BB XL - it would cost you £3 more a month

Re: Should I upgrade? [Contract Help]

It's up to you, but £3 more a month for double the speed seems quite a good deal to me
