is it ok if my neighbor uses by internet connection over my router? would they see my passwords?

For them to latch on to your wireless connection they would need your password, assuming you have one set up. Without it they'd probably see the connection (unless you've set it to be hidden) but will not be able to do anything with it.

i share my connection with my brother in law when he is at his mums ( next door ) as she doest have the net

and i can access quite a few of my neighbours ( with their permision ) as i fix many of thier problems for them with out having to leave my house if i am feeling lazy and dont want free coffee lol

but be aware there could be some implications if the person who you allow to share uses it for neferious puposes

personaly i like a little bit of trust in tis world but it is something you need to be aware of

lol ill just go around and make some excuse up i dont wanna get fined or anything aspec at christmas
