I've not had a chance to try this yet, but for this running Tomato there is a nifty looking LifeHacker article on how to have the router do ad-blocking rather than worrying about it on a per browser config.

I tried this, didn't work for me. Didn't spend too long on it trying to work out why.
More than happy with Adblock Plus.
