I thought they didnt have the bandwidth to provide users with the speeds they are expect. Which is why we are all being capped to 1/5 of download capacity which is 2mb on a 10mb connection. So if they are able to now provide 50mb bandwidth to 1 user then why cant they provide 5 users on 10mb with their close to top speed. They are taking the bandwidth from lower users and giving it to the customers paying more.
as the days go by im not sure virgins policy is completely legal.
The forum has a search feature, if you'd had a look before going on your rant you'd have found out that they are moving 20MB and 50MB users onto DOCSIS 3 basically freeing up the bandwidth on the DOCSIS 2 platform that the 20MBit users are currently using. Does that clear it up any?
And if you had bothered to ask I have read nearly all the threads on this forum relating to internet. So are you telling me that virgin are going to increase bandwidth for us on the 10mb or are we still going to be capped to 2mb on a 10mb connection.

I throught Virgin only use DOCSIS 1.0 and EURODOCSIS 1.0 not DOCSIS 2.0
