Area reference number?

Hi, Apologies if this has been discussed to death, I'm after my area reference number for Bournemouth so i can use e-billing, but I'm old NTL/Nynex and did not receive a welcome pack! therefore no Ref number. I could phone them but my life is too short.
Any clues would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: Area reference number?

My area reference number was printed on the last paper bill I had before I signed up for e-billing.

The last bill i had was from NTL, over the last two years my bills have been chaos with three account numbers to date and resulting in cutting me off and canceling my DD (i wont go into that right now as I'm very calm).
I never got a welcome pack from any of my accounts

Re: Area reference number?

Ah I see. My last paper bills were from VM. You might have to bite the bullet and phone them then.
