wireless with 10mb

I was just wondering if I upgraded to the 10mb(available in my area), would I need a new wireless adapter for my laptop?

My router and pc are fine I think as they both have 802.11n 300mbps, but my laptops still only have 54mbps wireless cards.

not sure how it works out with the whole 8 bits in a byte thing.

thanks

Your wireless adaptor should be fine.

Re: wireless with 10mb

I'm on wireless on this laptop, 54Mbps using a Linksys WRT54G with DD-WRT. Solid 10Mbps no problem over the wireless.
