We all knock VM for long wait times on the phone, However its now Sunday Morning at 11.00 and i have been waiting on the phone for 45 mins to get through to this bunch of cretins on the Phone.

Give me a VM call centre anyday.

I had the same problem with Lloyds TSB on Friday...
I would also prefer VM anyday.
