is anybody else having no broadband or v+ tv connection since about 3.30pm today?

and have you tried phoning the status line number to check for problems.

the broadband is back up ok but the tv v+ is still off.

good news my v+ servcie is back up and running so i want have to call cs after all!

the outage is still raised.

raised this afternoon 3:04, due to be resolved at 10:45
these are just estimated times.

showing as total loss of bbi and dtv, just having a quick look for more details

reference number is F000706878, if you do need to call them regarding it at any point

just noticed an engineer is dispatched and working on it atm, so hopefully not too mcuh longer.
