dud ubr05

I am using my broadband conneciton fine when it was 10MB and now it changed to 20MB fine for a few months and since about oct last year my speeds slowly drop to between 7-10MB in peak times I understand it does matter how many people are online I have spoke to loads of staff at Virgin even second line faults I have been told that my ubr is fine not oversubscribed and then I have been told it is alittle overloaded I just wanna know is it ok or is it overloaded and if so is when will it be fixed or is it not

any help would be great

Ok this is really strange my speeds where crap yesterday around this time and now this


Test 1: 1024K took 437 ms = 2343.2 KB/sec, approx 19308 Kbps, 18.86 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 422 ms = 2426.5 KB/sec, approx 19994 Kbps, 19.53 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 484 ms = 2115.7 KB/sec, approx 17433 Kbps, 17.02 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 860 ms = 2381.4 KB/sec, approx 19623 Kbps, 19.16 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 19090 Kbps, 18.64 Mbps
