I keep getting the voicemail notification ( the annoying blip blip blip ) but when i dial into voicemail no messages... anyway of lcearing it or do i have the joy of reporting the fault ?

call centre should be able to get provisioning to remove the voicemail off your line ( but dont hold your breath) i know of loads of techs who have had to make a visit just to make the phone call
