When you are browsing through the Guide / menu on the V+ STB, there are adverts for 40d content, but when one goes to 4 on demand [tv choice on demand] the advertised programs are not there, i.e. reaper.
This foxed me for a bit. Reaper is in the PPV section of 4OD - More on Demand I believe. I missed the first episode and so paid a pound for it. I've since series linked it but haven't got round to watching it!
