Thanks!
VMs Service Status page says there is (was?) maintenance in the Brighton area on UBR01 and UBR02, UBR03 and UBR06. I can't really tell from the info you get from clicking 'Connection' where I find out if I'm on one of thoose.

cpc2-brig9-0-0-custxxx.brig.cable.ntl.com
The bit in bold is the UBR.

Thanks. So with reference to the maintenance update on the Service Status page. It talks of UBR01, UBR02, UBR03 and UBR06 in Brighton. My connection is:
cpc2- brig9-0-0-custxxx.brig.cable.ntl.com
Does that then mean I'm on UBR09?
