Lost email user and pass

hi ..i signed up with ntl a long time ago ...i think around 2002 ...anyway at the time i had another email so didn't really use the ntl one ...i had it wrote down somewhere but in those years i seemed to have misplaced it ...Now i would like to use my 55mb or what ever it is webspace but for that i need my ntl email

i have looked everywhere on the virgin website for somewhere that will let me (an existing user) sign up for a new email from scratch ...am i missing something or will i need to get in touch with them? or even worse is it possible?

All ex-ntl webspace details are assigned when you first sign up. if you dont have them you cant sign up again. you will have to phone the broadband tech desk on 09062121111 who will tell you what the details are. They are there 24/7

webspace access can be dependent on the 'original' password assigned, even if the email password is changed ??

I guess il have to give them a ring ....shame i cant do it with the old p.i.d number and address details .....they should make it more accessible ..not too happy having to mess about trying to get part of the service i am paying for just cos i lost an email address

anyway thnx for the response guys
