Stoke On Trent - 20mb **** Service

For the past couple of months speeds 'had' settled down to a nice 2.4mb/s via usenet and pings were relatively good in online games.

But the past 3 weeks have been pure hell, VM have gone and buggered something up to make it this bad like they have before.

Browsing is toss, downstream won't go past 1.1mb/s and packet loss it awful.

Seems like alot of area's are suffering a slow death too

I'll second that - got an engineer coming out on saturday to tell me how its a network fault and there is nothign he can do.
