PS3 Pro Evo Locked to User Account

Saw this mentioned in a thread over at OcUK and thought the PS3 owners on here might appreciate the heads-up.

I seem to remember Sony saying they were trying to do this with all games prior to the PS3's launch, but that they never went ahead with it in the end. Looks like Konami, however, have done the dirty deed.

I wonder if this will start a precedent amongst other developers?

Re: PS3 Pro Evo Locked to User Account

Thanks for the head's up. Dont think I'd want to sell it anyway until the next installment by which time there almost worthless anyway.

Hopefully this wont continue with other developers because there are alot of games that I buy, play and sell so this would not be good.
