IP Address per BB customer?

Do broadband customers have a unique IP address (ie. one per customer/account)?

The IP is Dynamic but changes very rarely unless

a. You leave the Modem turned off for an extended period of time
b. You change the device attached to the modem (thus changing the connected MAC address)
c. You manually change your MAC address
d. VM Resegment your part of the network

There may be other instances where it would change but those are the main ones I can think of, at 1 time no 2 computers/routers on the Internet will have the same IP (unless of course it is a computer behind a router)
