Continual disconnections in ST16

Hi,

Long time since I've posted here. I've already emailed Virgin Media about this.

For the past week I have been suffering several disconnections a day, anyone else in the same area suffering from the same problems?

I do not really want to spend 25p/min or what ever the cost is to report a fault on my connection.

BTW, It is an ambit 120 modem I'm using on a 2 meg connection.

I have and the downstream does seem to be high, but I cannot afford to be phoning their 25p/min tech line for me to spend ages getting a refund for the call when I have enough stuff going on in my life at the moment.

Here are the levels:

Downstream Lock : Locked Downstream Frequency : 402750000 Hz Downstream Modulation : 64 QAM Downstream Receive Power Level : 10.48 dBmv Downstream SNR : 33.51 dB
