Do i need 2 omni box's for my house

Hi Ive got a house which is converted to flats upstairs and downstairs ive already got virgin services upstairs like digi box & broadband , i got some tenants downstairs and there thinking of going onto virgin broadband, i wanted to know is there going to be a separate omni box or will the engineer put a splitter in my omni box to run downstairs services, because i would have thought the omni box outside the house is running my services only and obviously it will be a different account for downstairs?

should be seperate cable to flat but could be split from yours as a temp measure as will show up as already having cable. Make sure they book on new cable for the flat downstairs.

You will need to ensure that they are registered with two different flat numbers and not just as one property otherwise you wont be able to get anything in the other flat.
