SG6 (Luton Exchange) Awful D/L Speeds

I am in the SG6 area, on the Luton exchange, and I cannot get more than 30kb/s on downloads tonight, usually hovering around 9kb/s.

Anyone else got this problem tonight?

I should also mention that browsing speeds are fine.

Slow for me as well (again on Luton exchange) - although when downloading, browsing becomes painfully slow as well
