Wembley/NW london/BARN UBR slow?

What speeds are people in NW london (specifically wembley, or more specifically in the BARN7 UBR) on the 20mb service? Mine's is from 4-9mb but never over 10mb
I've heard that the HA area is over-subscribed, so the speeds will not improve until the local network is upgraded. But is that likely to happen?
More importantly, i'd like to know other member's speeds in my area so I can report if there is a problem with my modem or line. Thanks.

Oh dear, I have my service being installed tomorrow (20meg service) and am in Harrow.

So can I not expect a decent service then?

If I'm not getting over 10meg then I hope they are willing to explain why I was offered 20meg on the day I registered! - So much for them actually being able to deliver promised speeds in conparision to ASDL providers!

I'll report back here tomorrow and let you know what my speed is, and perhaps ask the guy who installs it.
