Question 55.3 dBmV upstream - a cause for concern?

So, struggling along trying to come up with anything I can do to improve my data transfer rates; I saw the modem guideline sticky post above and checked, and while the other numbers are solidly within paramaters, my upstream transit power level is showing at 55.3 - which is high.

I'm a new customer, only had Virgin for 2.5 weeks or so, this modem is therefore new - should I take any action?

Any advice appreciated!
