Unhappy 20mbps in Colchester Area

Hi...

Has anyone else on here got the 20mpbs connection yet? The Colchester area has just been upgraded, and I have noticed since that my connection drops, and then comes back on...I have discounted the wireless network at home by cabling straight into the modem...

It is not through downloading either - the connection works OK, then just drops, and comes back to life again after a minute or so...

I have one of the old Silver NTL modems - thought this might be the problem and called tech support about it - but was fobbed off and told that it would be fine...

I am seriously thinking of dumping VM, if I can get a decent speed on ADSL...
